第1条（適用範囲）
この約款は、当社が企画・実施する着地型旅行（地域発着の観光ツアー・体験等）に適用されます。旅行契約の内容は、本約款、旅行条件書、パンフレット・ホームページ等に記載された旅行内容によります。

この約款は、当社が企画・実施する着地型旅行（地域発着の観光ツアー・体験等）に適用されます。旅行契約の内容は、本約款、旅行条件書、パンフレット・ホームページ等に記載された旅行内容によります。
旅行契約は、当社が申込金を受領した時点で成立します。申込は、当社所定の申込書またはウェブ申込フォームにて行っていただきます。
旅行代金は、出発日の前日までに全額をお支払いください。期日までにお支払いいただけない場合、契約は解除されることがあります。
天候・交通機関の事情、または安全確保のため、当社は旅行日程やサービス内容を変更する場合があります。その際は速やかに参加者にご案内いたします。
お客様が契約を取り消す場合、以下の取消料を申し受けます。
当社は、旅行中に当社の責めに帰すべき事由によりお客様に損害を与えた場合、旅行代金を限度として賠償いたします。ただし、自然災害、戦乱、交通機関の事故・遅延、盗難など当社の関与し得ない事由による損害については責任を負いません。
お客様は、旅行中に自己の不注意や法令違反により生じた損害についてはご自身の責任を負うものとします。
当社は、旅行申込時に取得したお客様の個人情報を、旅行手配および緊急時の連絡に必要な範囲でのみ利用します。
Your booking is confirmed when we receive your payment (deposit or full). Bookings can be made through our designated application form or web booking system.
Please complete payment by the day before the tour. If payment is not received by the deadline, the contract may be cancelled.
Due to weather, transport, or safety concerns, the schedule or activities may change. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes.
If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
We are responsible if you suffer damage caused by our fault, up to the amount of the tour fee. We are not responsible for natural disasters, accidents, transport delays, theft, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for their own behavior and safety during the tour, and for any damage caused by their negligence or violation of laws.
Your personal information will be used only for booking arrangements and emergency contact purposes.
